Her then boyfriend, (not the dead baby’s biological father) Michael Withers, woke up on Tuesday, April 28, 2014 to discover that the baby was unconscious.

He immediately called the attention of the security operatives to Wiest’s home in the town of Smyrna, Georgia, United States where the incident happened but unfortunately, the little boy, Anakin Leroy-Michael Wiest died before they arrived.

Few months after his death, a post mortem test was conducted on his remains and result showed that he was actually died of starvation and dehydration and his death was ruled a homicide.

The father of Weist’s unborn baby, Steve Anderson, who had been dating the stripper mum since July 2014 was stunned to hear the news as she kept it from him all the while.

He said, “Up until yesterday, Brittany and I both thought the child died of SIDS.

“I wasn’t in the picture back then. My main priority is the welfare of my child and my main goal is getting custody of my baby girl.”

All Weist’s three children have different fathers while her oldest child, aged two years old is said to be in state custody.

According to Mirror UK, it is claimed she has previously been investigated in connection to the possible neglect of the girl by the Department of Children’s Services, authorities said.

According to her Facebook profile, Weist works at the Nashville strip club Brass Stables Jockey Club.

She was charged with aggravated child abuse, aggravated child neglect and murder.

She is being held at the Rutherford County Adult Detention Center on $100,000 bond.

While investigation into the incident is still in progress, the case was adjourned for further mention on Tuesday, February 17, 2015.
