Supreme Court Throws Out Suit by Governor Wike

The Supreme Court in Abuja on Tuesday morning dismissed the suit filled by Governor Nysome Wike who is challenging the constitution of the Rivers State election petition tribunal and its relocation from the state to Abuja. These are indeed tough times for Governor Wike and the PDP.
