World variety one Naomi Osaka has agreed on a deal with Nike, the sports garb giant has announced. Geoff Burke-USA TODAY Sports The Japanese, who had in the past been tied to rival Adidas, will first put on Nike tools at the Stuttgart Grand Prix later this month, the U.S. sports clothing maker stated on its website.
“I’m proud to become a member of the Nike family and excited about getting concerned in all of the opportunities Nike has to offer,” stated Osaka in the statement.

“Nike has a legendary track file of writing records and I look ahead to being a part of these moments for many years to come.” The Japanese have received the final two Grand Slams, having ended up the first ever Japanese player to win one of the four majors when she overcame Serena Williams at the U.S. Open in September.
“Naomi is a top-notch Genius to add to our roster and help force our dedication to inspiring a new era of woman athletes,” Nike VP Amy Montagne delivered in the statement. “We are thrilled to have her join our team.” Osaka’s ascent to the top of the women’s recreation has made her a warm marketable commodity for the world’s pinnacle brands. She already has deals with Japanese airline All Nippon Airways, auto manufacturer Nissan and watch organization Citizen, amongst others.
